Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rembrandt Agents platform. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. User Eligibility and Account Setup

• You must be authorized to act on behalf of a company to register.

• Accurate and complete administrator information (name, email) is required.
  
  

2. Scope of Service

• Rembrandt Agents provides insights through the Intent Signal Framework, derived from public business data using AI agents.

• The platform offers dashboards, signal visualizations, and reporting tools tailored to the customer's industry and use case.
  
  

3. Proprietary Technology and Frameworks

• All intent signal frameworks and associated methodologies are proprietary to Rembrandt Agents.

• Customers may use insights generated through the platform but may not reverse-engineer or extract the underlying logic.
  
  

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, degrade, or misuse the service.

• Use of the platform must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• The platform, framework, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Rembrandt Agents.

• Customers retain rights to any of their uploaded configuration data.
  
  

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of using the platform.

• Rembrandt Agents ensures that all personnel with access to Customer data are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  
  

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate service with 30 days' notice.

• Upon termination, customer account data will be deleted within 90 days, unless required by law to retain.
  
  

8. Disclaimers and Liability

• The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

• Rembrandt Agents is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
  
  

9. Data Processing

• Rembrandt Agents acts as a Data Processor with respect to Customer data.

• Data may be processed through subprocessors including AWS, OpenAI, LangGraph Cloud, and SERP API Providers.
  
  

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
